Our crew will serve you a variety of tropical drinks and refreshments from our open bar. Enjoy Catania's superior grilled to order full lunch buffet. Our wholesome cuisine includes fresh fish, barbecued meats, vegetables, salads and tropical fruits. We also offer vegetarian alternatives upon request. Catania is conveniently located in Red Hook on the east end of St. Thomas, near most of the resorts. Charter guests will meet their Captain at the base of "A Dock" in the American Yacht Harbor Marina. A quick ride in the tender to our classic yacht and off we go...
